ASSET DESCRIPTION: Property consists of a fully operational 18 hole golf course on 155+/- acres. The auction will include personal property assets and all proprietary information.  Property provides a pro shop, banquet area, kitchen, men’s and women’s bathroom, swimming pool, parking, driving range, practice green, maintenance buildings and pump shed. Bibb County Tax Parcels: FG45-0601 and FG45-0699.

The restaurant area is currently leased on a month to month basis.  The carts (55 carts & 2 utility carts) are under a month to month lease from Yamaha.  For more information on both leases, please contact Auctioneer.
