BIOGRAPHY
Warren B. Watkins III, has been involved in the development of large and small scale residential, golf and mixed use properties including H. Smith Richardson Trust properties, Lake Manassas, Treyburn Country Club (Fazio), Turtlewood, Stonewall Golf Club (Tom Jackson) , Robert Trent Jones Golf Club (Mr. Jones), Shops at Stonewall, Gwinnett Progress Center and others. Mr. Watkins founded Virginia Fine Properties, a Virginia Real Estate Brokerage, achieving more than $400,000,000 in sales before it was sold. Mr. Watkins is the managing member of Stonewall Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia and Deep Creek Golf Club in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Mr. Watkins served as a Founding Director of the Stonewall Golf Pro –Am Tournament benefiting the Novant Health System (Prince William Hospital), as a Trustee of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, as a member of the PW I-66 Sector Plan Committee and as a Sr. Warden and Vestry Member of the St. James Episcopal Church, Warrenton, Virginia. Mr. Watkins was a regional director for the Middleburg Bank from 2010 to 2017. He currently serves as the President of the Piney Island Hunt Club in Currituck County, N.C. and as Treasurer of the Saint James Episcopal School, Warrenton, Virginia.
Mr. Watkins graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
